Complaint Review: Suzanne Athey Remax Hinet

I have never had to file a complaint before...but i wanted everyone to beware of REMAX Team ATHEY before you buy or lease a property with them. I lost almost my entire deposit ( 1,500 ) plus another half of months rent after moving out. I rented a house on the M streets and was a great tenant. I bought my first house so I had to break my lease early. I am fully aware of the fines and was fine with them. When i left the house was spotless and i even put in  3,000 surrond sound system in the house as well. They ended up finding things so they could keep all of my money and sadly there is/was nothing i could do about it. Other things occured too but i don't want to come across as a complainer but My AC went out for an entire week in August. i managed to stay a few days but then had to get a hotel bc it was so hot. I emailed suzanne and never heard back from anyone and of course no reimbursment. Please do not hesitate to contact or email me if you are thinking about buying or leasing from them. They ARE a very bad property management company and you would be good using anyone else.

I just dont want anyone else to lose money like i did.  I ended up losing 2,000K and I only stayed in the rental for 8 months. Very frustrating.
