Complaint Review: Suzanne Edmonson and Axiom Investigations Ltd.

I was ripped off by Suzanne Edmondson and Axiom Investigations. I have asked her several times to refund the payments sent to her but she refuses. She ripped me off for over $2300 and I have evidence in emails and texts that prove that she refused to complete the job she was contracted for. This individual was unprofessional and rude. She was late for every meeting we had and never apologized. She had a terrible attitude. I am planning on taking her to small claims to recoup the loss. The word nightmare would be an understatement to describe this unprofessional business. 

I ended up having to hire another local Investigator and after I told them about what she did they told me that they had heard the same story from others who had hired her. 

Her business is a fraud. She makes her money by ripping people off.
