on june of 2007 i went down to suzuki of lakeland to buy a car. the day before i went down they did a credit app over the phone which i was speaking to a man named joe (sales guy)and told me i was approved and i can pick out any car i want. so i drive about almost two hours to get there they greeted me and i met with daniel (sales guy) not my sales person because he wasn't there. they told me that they lost my information and i had to re-do another credit app. so i did and thats when excusess came i need a co signer so i called my mom and she said she would. then 3 hours pass i need money down i cried because they said everything was fine that i was approved they turned around and said i needed a co signer and i had my councilers take me and my finace all the way down here just to hear that so i had 300 dollars to my name so i gave it to them.

then 4 hours go buy its 8:00 you talk on the phone to my mother got her info on the phone and changed her income figured so it could look like she made enough. then they sent me home with the contracts and the car all the way back to sarasota with out my mom driving it. i had in my possession for over 24 hours. the only person who did not sign was my mother she did not even come to suzuki at all they never met my mom in person. they did not tell us what was what on the contract we found the sticker price in the glove department and it was 14000 and we paid 20000 dollars for the car. and come to find out that the financial company charged us 2,500 dollars to get financed and we had no idea at all that they did that so they pocketed 7,500 dollars and i have no contracts from the dealership right now today. and the sales person who sold us the car left couples a days later after the purchase in june. now im stuck with a car on my credit report because i felt robbed and let it go and i want to seek justice.

First of it sounds like you don't understand finance charges. So maybe your not mature enough yet to purchase a car. As for the price maybe you should have ask them how much the car was or read the contract. Duh!! However I'm sure the price was inflated to make up for the fact that the bank is charging the dealer a crazy bank fee just to put you in a car because your credit sucks so bad. As far as this going on your credit....it won't be on there. You know why?........Because your Mom never signed the contract. Dumb a*s. And did you really need your Mommy to drive the car first. I mean it was a new car right?? New cars drive like.....you know NEW CARS!!!! Stop crying. Just like the people on this page. Don't buy a car if you only have few hundred dollars to your name.
