Brian Sax is a independent representative with ACN Inc. He is a Senior Vice President and Circle of Champions member as of 2010. As a former ACN 4Star RVP working under Brian Sax, I have the credibility of exposing the truth.

Brian Sax is a scam artist! he is a smooth talker, extremely deceptive and dishonest individual. After working with Brian Sax for almost 5 years in Australia and USA, I have come to realize that anyone who is in his group, would never achieve the top position of "SVP". This review is my personal experience from dealings with Brian Sax.

As I was a 4Star RVP working my way to SVP(2 RVP's and 3TC's in my group), I realized that Brian Sax was talking to my "downline" and de-edifiying me to my whole organisation. The reason for this is because he did not want me to become a SVP because he would get capped out on the bonuses from my team. This was mentioned to me at the Sydney International Convention in July. Brian Sax was doing different training sessions with my group and deliberately telling them different ways of doing this business, as a result, they all got confused and blamed each other, which led to my production levels dropping dramatically.

The final straw came when the "pre-prelaunch" of ACN Korea. After a conference call with RVP's, TC's (now RD), ETL's and ETT's, he said that all the contacts in Korea they must be emailed to him with full name, number and bilingual scale. I had alot of networking contacts in Korea. The final straw came when I found out that he had contacted all those contacts from my email and put them under his personal "Team ID". In other words, he stole my contacts and profited himself.

As a former RVP of ACN (I left in 2010), I know other RVP's that have experienced this from Brian Sax. Example: RVP Keith Janke, RVP Howard Shen, RVP Hugh Benjamin, RVP Charlie Lyons and RVP Memory and Francis Ahec. If you are looking at ACN or an experienced networker looking at ACN, I recommend do not join under Brian Sax.
