I purchased a used transmission  that was advertised with 75000 miles for my 2000 Chevy Silverado for $1075.00 in  early August, I received delivery about three weeks later.  The transmission at first look over looked bad heat guard was bent,  and the prndl was busted,  the drain plug looked like it took a big rock to it and someone had once tried to remove it by beating on it with a hammer and screw driver/ chisel....thought hopefully it would still work swapped the heat guard and prndl from my old transmission and proceeded to mount transmission filled it with fluid and it never worked.

I called the warranty line the gentleman told e to call back when I have the transmission out and they would gladly have it picked up and refund me my money ( I chose to have my original transmission rebuilt instead of waiting for delivery of a different one) I then removed the transmission put all original equipment back on and sent it back .

They received delivery of the transmission they sent me Sept 9th 2014  it's now November 16,  2014,  I have yet to receive my refund or speak to the elusive "John" who the gentleman at customer service "Dale" says is the only person who can do the refund!

I have of course since done research on this company and have found they are notorious for this type of scam BBB gives them an "F" rating and they're also known for not honoring their extended warranty,  too many people have been scammed by this company and there'd rumor of a DOJ investigation in to the owners!
