Swagbucks Prodege, LLC Consistently Fails to Credit "Shop & Earn" Points Internet

Since June 1, 2013, I have been experiencing CHRONIC issues with getting credited for my "Shop and Earn" Points for Swagbucks Search.

Never before did I have a problem when they were "UFC Search," but I guess UFC Search was taken over by Swagbucks Search. Swagbucks offers "better than 1% cash back" in "Swagbucks" which are redeemable for various items, such as giftcards to places like Amazon.com and other online retailers, as well as e-gift cards to brick and mortar retailers.

About every 5-8 months I garner enough points to redeem them for a $5 gift card (which many people think is probably not worth it, but if I'm using search engines anyway, I figure why not get something for it). However, when I buy a $500 item at one of their preferred retailers where they offer "better than 1%" cash back, I am supposed to be credited my 500 Swagbucks within 32 days of purchase. Conveniently, Swagbucks fails to credit my points about 70% of the time.

At this point, it is impossible for me to continue to suspend disbelief that Swagbucks isn't just ignoring the Swagbucks that are accrued by its users through the Shop and Earn Program. To me, this is grounds for a class action lawsuit if it can be proved that they are purposefully doing it to deny people the rewards they rightfully earned.
