I started using Swagbucks and everything was fine. They sent a shop n earn offer to my inbox for Audible's $2 for 2 months. I said sure why not! I created an account with Amazon for Bing and was able to login with that. I paid for everything and knew I had to wait two weeks to 32 days. I also knew that I hadn't been with Amazon or Audible for over 3 years. So 30 days pass and I'm contacting customer serice. First they claimed it would take some many days so be patient. Then they stated they had credited my account and it should be showing up in my shop n earn. I was elated because these are hard times and every penny counts! Well it's now been 2 weeks later and nothing. I contact custmer service and they didn't reply. Today -1/30/16 I get a reply from help desk, mind you this has been since December 18th 2015! They tell me," Well you can't be a member or have used Audible before." Are you fricking crazy! Audible is very good about tracking who's been what. They identified me as a new customer and that's why I was able to benefit from the deal.

All this time I was contacting them and they kept asking for my proof, then nothing, then oh you've been credited, now you won't be because you had to sign up for an account with the company to benefit!
