4) They never answer their phone! They never answer and they never call with updates.
5) They lie about the progress too. When you do finally reach them they lie lie lie. You can't trust a word out of her mouth (Vanessa).
6) Truck driver does not speak English. He only knows how to say CALL OFFICE. Nobody answers the office phone - EVER!
7) Did all this to someone who is ACTIVE MILITARY!!! Wow - no respect! Foreigners!
We were not even sure how long we would need the rental car. This caused higher rental fees because we could not take advantage of longer rental deals.
