Swan, Carpenter, Wallis, and McKenzie is a law office that specilaizes in probate matters. Its partners act unethically and fraudulently. The lawyers and/or their clerks actually alter the court filings before they are filed in court, here meaning that they insert clauses or statements in the court papers after the papers have already been prepared and signed.

At least one Riverside County judge (Judge Sullivan) actually condones this perjurous legal practice, or maybe never even notices it, showing that he may be one of the law firm's cronies. Swan, Carpenter, Wallis, and McKenzie do not conduct efficient probate property inventories, thereby losing their clients much of their treasured family keepsakes and heirlooms, and show not one trace of the kindness needed to handle such delicate situations that arise with probate.

Their office staff is rude and untruthful, and their new partner (McKenzie) has done nothing to improve the office's efficiency or honesty, rather he seems to be following in the dishonest and slanderous ways of his business partners. A terrible law firm.
