Complaint Review: SwapSellTrade

I was visiting their website looking for some merchandise from a wholesaler. When navigating, a pop-up window that offered the following, this is directly from the website

Any offer that is too good to be true should always be avoided, however since this company sell wholesale merchandise, I figured perhaps something decent will come of it so they can get business from me in the future.

Well what they gave me was crap. I received 19 of these Cell Phone Antenna's that had a suggested retail of $19.95 (MAYBE when they first came out two years ago) well if you look on any search engine on the internet you can get these for $4.95 each and bulk as low as $2.00. I wrote to the company and told them I was dissatisfied with this and they responded with this, "Sorry your disappointed and they are not designed to resell as our website states the gift packs are appreciation packages in thanks for visiting our website and they were free retail items as the boosters still retail for $19.95 in many locations today.

Our promise was to send $399.95 in retail merchandise. Not wholesale merchandise, as you seem to have confused it as such. 20 times $19.95 per boosters is what we sent thus equaling $399 in retail merchandise. Besides we never made any promises you would receive any variety or special merchandise. In conclusion they are free merchandise packages designed to thank our customers not to buy and resell to make money. Our product line serves that purpose. We have fulfilled the offer as promised. You may send them back but there is nothing to refund as you paid s/h and zero for the merchandise."

This too is totally bs, since I did not pay for the merchandise but I did pay for shipping, well shipping was $1.61 because what they sent me weighed about 3 ounces. I really need a refund for $11.24. I offered to send these worthless stickers back that are supposed to give better cell phone reception, however I doubt they even work since they have been discounted down to $2.00 each all over the internet.
