In june-july 05 i began using swapselltrade aka, joe richey, wholesalebible, to many to list ill copy and paste from someone else) newest store front is wholesalerwholesaler for those who dont know yet for my dropshipper on ebay!
At first like i had done with previous dropshippers i copied exact description (copy and paste like always)from sst website for his so called hollywood dvds my discounted cost was 100 for $1.00 each $15.00 S&H! I than listed item on ebay. Now keep in mind i had 130 pos feedback and 1 neg feedback from a seller only when this started!
Dvds were described as new blockbuster dvds straight from hollywood 300 + different titles in stock order more lots for more titles! This was also suppose to be a liquidation that apparently never got liquidated and were described as individually sealed ready for retail dvds!!! I wasnt new to dropshipping but I wasnt a pro either but this sounded like a good deal!
My first auction I listed got a bid and went on up from there and sold for $180 and $25 s&h!! Wow i thought $90 is good profit for one item! If you have dropshipped or even sold on ebay you know $90 profit 1 item = big bucks to come!!
So i get money from buyer thru paypal withdraw to checking acct and go to swapselltrade to purchase the 100 dvds with the money i have already been paid for by the buyer so I am obligated to this 1st transaction thru swapselltrade in the blind but with a $90 profit for next to nothing, approximatly 10 min worth of work and just alot of refreshing!!
Now like with all my other dropshippers ive used I put my address for the billing address and the buyers address for shipto address to be dropshipped to! I used checking card to pay and hit submit! transaction looks to be smoothe and easy so far! So now im interested cause before a $10 profit was good so maybe just lucky!!
so i list another just like the other no difference except three days not 7 and bam it gets a bid and goes up!! so now im thinking why list just 1 auction at a time? So i list 3-4 with different amount of days listed and they all get bids and go up fairly fast!!
Before i knew it within 10 days i had sold app 10-15 of these auctions with a good profit on each one and all were prepaid by the buyers and im using there money to buy the dvds and just keeping profits! and like the first one when a buyer would pay i went to sst and ordered the dvds and filled out payment form same way without any problems or concerns or a email or response from them saying it was wrong!
I would receive email showing details of payment made! I STILL HAVE SEVERAL EMAILS FROM KENTSTRADING THAT LINKED ME TO SWAPSELLTRADE AND EMAIL ME AT KENTSTRADING IN LOTS OF EMAILS STRAIGHT FROM JOE RICHEYs email! Does that make sense if there not tied some way to email joe at kents or kents email taking me to swapselltrade both lead to joe either way right! Heres copy of email for payment!

Everything Looks Fine To Me At This Point
Than after about the 6-8 dvd lot purchased i noticed that the ship to address was my address when i personally filled it out ship to MY BUYERS ADDRESS bill to MY ADDRESS so somewheres during payment this info was changed to my address without me noticing!!
i didnt worry at first maybe that was for credit card purposes cause i had been ordering daily now for almost a week and nobody from swapselltrade ever told me that the payment and dropship form wasnt correct or that the item couldnt be dropshipped so i assumed all was right!
but i wanted to make sure so i emailed for 3-5 days and no response! just seeing profit i was making and since it was about 10 days from first payment to them and nothing was at my door and they supposedly ship item out within 3 business days so im convinced items are going where they need to go so i continued listing hoping 4 best and they continued selling!
so now im 13 days 15 listed auctions, 15 bought auctions, 1500 dvds sold,and most of all around $1000 profit and still selling and 13 days past my first purchase and still nothing at my house, buyers ???s or negative feedback so im good to experiment further!! Instantly I start thinking what about other items will they sell also or just the dvds!!
so after hrs of researching i found a lot described as potluck 5 digital cameras each bx is different with just 5 different cameras upto 4.1 mp pulled from shelf and put into bx! I will not cherrypick any lots!! Whatever is pulled is what you receive order more bxs for more variety for $99.99 free s&h! Retail $400!
So i go list one it sells for $190 so im thinking $$ so i list more and they show to sell the first day!! This is about 14 days from first item bought from them and now i have 2 items making hefty profits!!! Im paying the same way 1 lot at time and still no response to concerns of dropshipping confirmed but still nothing at my door 2 weeks later so all must be good or surely i would know bye now!
So now i need another item to sell 3 items continuos sells with $20 to $200 profits off each one!! so i find 360 sterling silver toerings for $64.95 with s&h $14.99 and what do you know the first one sells for $100! Im not going to work in that 102 degree texas weather tomorrow is all im thinking and im about to get serious with it and get 10 - 15 items selling cause again im thinking $$ and that $13 an hr isnt sounding so good anymore!!
then i get an email from sst become a plutonium member and save 17% more off items plus bonusus for $169.95! well i have done profited around $1300 and im not dumb 17% meant could of been $1521 so i become member and have found a new job cause i quit my other one oh yea i done it im 30 yrs old and have worked hard manual labor since i was 15 with nothing in my pocket to show for it im gone and where were u before joe!
the very next day 17 days after first purchase i get the ups man at my door with 2 bxs of 100 dvds! my heart sank cause i knew what was coming all my orders to my house about 1500 dvds 4 bxes of cameras and 2 lots of toerings all already paid for by my nice buyer but not received 17 days later! why no complaints yet i didnt know they would of helped at that time
so i call sst this time and no answer the first 2 days! i still have auctions up that are selling but no longer paying till response comes cause im lost!!
Then i decided to open dvds luckily to see titles and than i noticed dvds were nothing as described! 25 titles 4 of each all very old dvds and all in paperback case like $1 store sells for less than $1.00! dvds were said to have more than 300 titles order more for variety! so i listed no duplicates and out of 200 dvds i have about 43 different titles!! so im nervous and i know buyers are not going to be happy since auctions sold on average of $175 but i was stuck!
finally i talk with aimee at sst when i mention i have orders filling up but wont order till i get a response!! thats when i find that dropship $$ must be purchased first shipped to me ups 5-9 days than use them to pay for items and await long shipping again and how do i know how many 100s of dropship dollars i may need that week and there was no refunds on them!
10 days delay before they ship! i now have buyers mad and i have to refund a few auctions before i have even shipped out 1! now i have sold 1400 more dvds 8 bxs cameras and 4 toerings not ordered but paid for! remind you 18-21 later still no shipment to my first buyer because of the no duplicates deal!!
so i decided to have new orders shipped to me since old orders were! Ok remind you this is now a mnth b4 vacation in august! so I have to hussle and put my mind to work to where my dream dont fall apart!! i mean i still had the cameras, and sterling silver toerings, and i know have about 100 different titles out of my almost 2000 dvds and have another 1400 fixing to be on the way so i can make things right and i know where the dvds stand next time!!
So i make a big order and pd thru paypal as told to do by aimee when check card wouldnt allow over $1000 transaction on internet but get this joe wasnt there and you could tell she only knew what joe told her!! But i needed to get things moving so i could be done with all shipping before vacation and i already had money in the bank so i got hr to let me pay thru paypal and said " i dont see why he would have a problem with it " oh yea joe richeys $2300 was very nicly sent to kentstradings paypal account as if it didnt matter!
then guess what joe gets back and very very quickly cancels my payment thru paypal maybe i wasnt suppose to have such info since i wasnt at "kents site buying" or maybe it was the fees he would of paid!! He said it was because to big a money transaction online without proof im me!!
so he winds up makes me do bank wire for $2300! during his emails to me it got confusing because i have already sent kentstrading a $2300 paypal payment as told to do bye joes company but when i get the bank wire information with joes checking account info routing number and all (if this would be help to help track his money like one said in a earlier rebuttal i still have all this info and i will share) heck i have all emails ever came 2 me from them long with payments!!
long stry shrt all 9 bxs of cameras were all same 100 kp $15 cams not potluck by premium that sold at my local family dollar for $13.99 i paid $20 each and my buyers paid $30 and up each!
toerings were cheaper than .25 machine ones and not sterling silver at all he claimed they were ol my azz they were plastic with some paint on them one of these i almost got a lawsuit over!!
orders were not received till well after returned from vacation, i lost ebay & paypal acct due to mad buyers!after refunds to buyers i was -$1387 my $$ and still owed more to paypal but i didnt have anymore and i was found guilty by paypal on every auction disputed due to his deescriptions!! Oh yea and aimee was fired during vacation i wonder why?
sound bad huh not even close!! It gets worst because now im broke no ebay account and no job!! i am blind in my left eye and have poor vision in right eye and i work in the construction business so i couldnt get a job anywhere for almost 6 months!!
i emailed them several times asking for help and assistance as to what to do about the big mess he got me in but there was no response!!
i only quit my job since i felt so strong about the profits that could be made full time thru swap sell trade! ended up losing my car, house, and almost family when i couldnt find a job and all my profits plus $1397 my money went to unhappy buyers ( and i dont blame them ) for refunds forced by paypal!!
which when i lost house it caused alot of szit between me and wife since it was all my idea to do it all!! so my wife and kids had to goto grandmas to stay till i got it together again 8 months later!! All of this caused me to almost have a mental breakdown and i do mean literally i have never felt so helpless and out of sync with myself!! i literally just gave up on everything and joe richey is very lucky i pulled myself out of the slump or there would probably be no reason to be discussing him now!!
i was ashamed of myself for all those that i had to SCREW cause i didnt have anymore to return or to give!! cause thats what i did was screwed people for him to make money!!
There is nothing that joe richey can do or say to make up for the hardship and embarrassment he has put me through! there is also nothing he can do to get my ebay and paypal account back!! he cant change the way i felt like a crook and was made out to look like a crook just by me doing exactly as he described in order to be sucessful on ebay!!!
joe richey is a crook in my eyes and alot of others i am finding out and shouldnt be allowed to continue just ripping people off through means of the internet! so what i want from joe richey is the total amount he feels what i went through was worth! he practically ruined my life within a 3 month period cause me and wife may never be the same!
I feel like joe richey should give me an apologie in the form of about a $200000.00 check but thats my opinion! I do however have proof of whole story thru emails, payments to, shipping info from ups that prove items wasnt shipped for 2 weeks after payment was received on average his checking account info whatever i said i have i have promised so if it is needed let me know and ill post it if its acceptable!!
oh yea and when my last 3 lots of toerings arrived 2 and a half months after i placed order and they werent even from him he had them dropshipped,! i will be posting this story wherever i can on the web including bbb, ripoff report scam rip off report and also the general attorney in oregon with appropriate documents to back alligations, so maybe i can stop this from happening to anyone else!!
I feel i should be compensated for my losses to joes furthest extent!! what do you say is fair joe!! you get back to me on it joe and stacy!! i hope this story helps some and maybe i can tell it on oprah someday when joes begind bars and his wife is banging his brother thansk all it just feels better to get it off my chest its been dug in so long!!

If i get any compaints that these are not authentic, I am not going to be a happy camper. I almost wish I had not read all these comments now. I just sold 4 of these bracelets on ebay. I am goiing to look really close at these and perhaps email a pic of them to the design house. If they tell me these are fakes there will No instant access and it's been hours since I paid them. Oh God, please do not tell me these are fakes. I have only one negative on ebay over 7 years and that wasn't even my fault. My rep is important to me. These had better be the real deal.

For some reason I didn't think twice about ordering a terrific deal. Well I did, it took me about a week after receiving his daily emails with fantastic "deals".
I placed an order today, then was considering the "club". That is when I decided to look up Joe Ritchey on google. Oh boy. Rip off Report-he's everywhere. I see one positive comment in April from a store owner. I have a little bit of hope I wasn't just scammed. I did pay with a real credit card so I will do a charge back if needed. I'm also wondering if the "store owner" is a part of repsavior.
After reading all this and the junk jewelry that has been sent, I went and took a dated screen shot of website I purchased from (wholesalerwholesaler), as well as credit card charge that is showing as swapselltrade
I will update when I recieve my order.

Wow.. Johnny, you have my deepest sympathy for what happened in your life as a result of your dealings with Joe Richey. You poured out your heart in your report in a way that would have moved even the stiffest people to some degree of compassion. And after all that; After all your suffering and heartache; All you get from Richey is a cold, apthathetic, meaningless response about a refund less shipping cost! Absolutely Ridiculous!
I say this to you Johnny as a bit of hopeful advice. DO NOT LET JOE RICHEY GET AWAY WITH WHAT HE DID TO YOU! As you have expressed in your report, Richey is now calling your home phone, threatening you with lawyers, and making bribal offers to quiet you. My opinion of this, which I think should be obvious to all, is that Richey is getting nervous! I think he realizes that he could actually find himself in some trouble for this one, and is therefore trying to silence you in any way he can.. Well my advice to you is this; Don't Let Him Silence You!
Even if in deperation he were to offer you a $1,500.00 settlement, I would not take it. Him making that kind of an offer would only mean that he is getting scared.. In my opinion, it would be much more beneficial not to sell yourself to this guy, because we have to assume that if he buys you off, then he has the potential to go back and do the same thing again to somebody else that he did to you. And you of all people, I'm sure, would not wish that upon anybody.
You're doing a good thing by making others aware of the situation..
It is an absolutely terrible thing that happened to you, but for every failure there is a gleam of opportunity; There is a light at the end of every dark tunnel, you just have to make sure you find the right path. If your ordeal with Joe Richey turns out to be the spark that starts the fire that brings Swapsell to ashes, then you can take consolation knowing that you did not suffer in vain, and that you have helped to save others from having to experience the same suffering.
Steve; it is indeed a sad thing isn't it.. Seeing victim after victim after victim coming forward with reports about Richey. But one ill turn deserves another; and I have a strong feeling Joe is on his last legs.
And Joe.. Karma is a very powerful thing you know; This you will soon learn, and at a high price.

First I want to say im sorry to all who get offended except joe if I get out of hand with this scumbag.. Just read my complaint and imagine this was you and maybe you can understand a little of how I feel. Or maybe I need angermanagement!! AS far as youre return policy I emailed and emailed when i arrived back from vacation with no responses from you and now not aimee cause you fired her for giving me info I shouldn't have had access to..
All the refunds I had to give back was due to paypal finding youre exact descriptions I copied and pasted from youre items paypal to be misleading and fraudalent, and granting every buyer that disputed mt auction a full refund not minus shipping and handling a full refund!!
joe and with a froze paypal account, and with most of my money in paypal cause i gave you all the money in checking account, paypal had tried to withdraw the $2300 instant payment again cause i made a payment to you thats hadnt cleared even though you refunded payment back it still had to clear from my checking account the proper funds to my paypal before you are even able to refund back to my paypal account!!
But the one problem was that the bank wire you had me do had cleared and i didnt have enough funds in checking to cover the bankwire for $2300 and a paypal withdraw for $2300!! So it came back both times as insufficient funds both times and it cost me $80 both times vaccoutntriceleft cause I didnt get to do any withdraws while I was on vacation and I had bank wired you most the money in from my checking with bank wire while my money I had paid to you thru paypal was returned but couldn't be touched till it cleared my bank and was actually in my paypal account for me to withdraw which takes upto 5-7 days to clear!!
When i got back from vacation joe my paypal accnt was already froze from all the complaints, ebay wated answers and im limited there as well, and lots of buyers were pissed off at me because you don't know how to be honest about describe items you sell and you couldn't even ship youre misleading items within a decent time (a month is enough time) but very few of my items were in my possession a month after payment!!!
even the big order I had paid rush handling, and rush delivery 3-5 days guaranteed ups!! cost me $40 I believe and my order hadnt even been touched almost a week after payment was received due to you waiting on toerings and more dvds aimee told me!!
I didn't receive hardly any of that purchase joe till 2.5 weeks after I got back from vacation and I ordered and paid 10 days before I left and was gone a week!! joe that's 35 days before I got my rush order!!
then it didn't all come joe just dvds at first, then a week later 4 boxes cameras, oh yea joe and about 3 weeks after the cameras came I got to drive 30 miles to go and pick up from ups the rest my order some $.10 toerings described as sterling silver which didn't even come close to being as good as the $.25 machine ones!!
So the 1600 dvds returned to me from buyers and the 3 boxes of them things you called cameras that potluck auction u remember where I received 45 of the same camera that sells at family dollar for $12.95 each 9 boxes 5 cameras each box all the same exact camera 45 times im not seeing the pot or the luck there!!
I didn't have the toerings yet when I sold other items or they would of been sold at this time as well!! I put youre items up joe and described them correctly on ebay instead of misrepresenting thru my buddies account and the 1600 dvds sold joe for $645.00 and I paid shipping $78.00 shipping and the 3 boxes of cameras joe got me a cool $100 for the 3 boxes!!
I wanted to shove all merchandise str8 up youre a*s at this time and that would be an understatement cause this is about the time me and wife are arguing over all this, cause I done went and tried to trust someone and now I either can pay the car payment, or the mortgage but not both so the cars gotta go!! No car means hard to get job but no home is even worst! So the wife is going to her moms with my 5 yr old girl because I am now just total f**k up who should of knew better in the first place in my wifes eyes!!
I was dead broke in my pocket, in debt with paypal, my bank was empty, and my mortgage is due but now I don't care about nething cause I went into depression feeling sry for myself for being so blind and not looking into you more and blaming myself!!! Then I realized every dog has its day, and the sun does shine on the dogs a*s sometimes!!
Then I remembered what started all this in the first place was me always wanting better for my family!! Now I cant even see my family cause I let you beat me at youre game!!
Well joe this is about a year later after I made myself be the man I was before you came along!! I am know working again, I got my house back with a loss of about $15000. in payments I made before losing and getting back 3 months later!! My family is home but me and wife will never be the same as before!! To much was said that wasn't meant!! I will never be able to trust selling on internet again you ruined that for me!! But I still have this urge to take you hunting with me!!
