1. Used inferior products - what was told to me and what was used are 2 different things 2. I’m still cleaning up nails (small nails - not normal size roofing nails) all throughout my mulch beds. 3. Specifically asked the owner if the work would be performed by their employees. Turns out the work is subcontracted to another company. Only 1 guy spoke broken English. All others were Hispanic and did not speak English.
