This company is scamming unsuspecting consumers out of their money and not delivering the products they offer. They state they are Yahoo Buyer Certified, PayPal certified and etc. this means nothing. These companies state this company has not been registered with them in years and even they can not contact them to notify them to stop using their logos. I am striving for all us unsuspecting consumers to get together and file a class action lawsuit against one or all the fraudulent names this guy goes by. There has to be laws out there to protect the consumer.

Texas is a consumer state. Their laws are set up to protect the consumer from this type of unsuspecting scam. I encourage everyone who has been scammed by this guy to contact the State of Texas Attorney Generals Office in Austin Texas and file a complaint. I also encourage everyone to file a complaint with the BBB in the Austin area. Although the BBB is a privately owned company and has no authority or muscle to do anything to this guy, the more complaints the better. Maybe it will attract some media attention somewhere down the line.

I will pursue this on a criminal level. What this guy has done is commit fraud and to the least Felony Theft. In Texas the statute of limitations on felony theft is 5 yrs. What this means is the District Attorney can acquire a indictment on this guy up to 5 yrs past the order date he received your money (technically stole your money) and delivered nothing. I do believe felony fraud constitutes the same 5 years statute of limitations on each account or in our case order this guy received. Lets all pool together and stop this guy and try to put him in prison and pay restitution to those of us he defrauded.

Do not order anything from this guy. But lets try to shut him down for good.
