Sweep N Mop Merchandise Direct ripoff product does not work as advertised Wallingford Connecticut
I didn't even get the chance to use the product!! I soaked it in water as instructed and then when I went to ring it out the heads on BOTH mops that I bought tore off! Cheap piece of crap! I have asked for a full refund but I know I will not get the shipping and handleing which cost more than the product itself - which should have told me something
