I received mail vouchers for discounts, i chose 2-in-1-genuine leather reverse full length fur coat. cost retail 459.95 i pay 149.95 lay-a-way plan.no.2, panasonic electronic keyboard cost retail 489.95 i pat 179.95 same plan.i being makeing 10 dollars payments monthly i am on disability. i being paying for 1 year still paying. i happen to look up there website that is when i call them 3-14-05 4:30pm. i spoke with two reps the 1st i request all of my money back because of fraud he said i should wait until the checks i just sent be posted to my account,and send a written notice that i want my money back,i said let me talk to someone.

ms lashanea spoke to me i ask her is it true that this company is fraud she said no people say things like wal-mart, and people still go there she said u being paying this lay-a-way for a year why are u concern now? i just want all my money back can not get money back on lay-a-way plan. can someone help me ? i have a balance on two accounts with that company should i stop paying? ms lashannea said they will send my products we balance complete. she said that the company is find.

According to your e-mail, you requested to cancel your layaway account and receive a full refund of monies paid. However, like most layaway accounts, your account is not technically eligible for a refund until paid in full. That policy is clearly stated on the order form you submitted.
