Complaint Review: Sweepstakes Clearing House

My mother ordered me a omni2 digital video camera hn-11x. It was for my birthday and she was proud of her purchase for me.The camera had no software to install,no camera bag or strap, no nothing.Called them and they sent some disks, but they weren't what I needed for the drivers.Called again and they couldn't do anything else. They wouldn't return the money. So I'm stuck with a worthless camera, not to mention my Mother with hurt feelings.It is a shame to let this company get away with it. Beware
