Sweepstakes Clearing House ripoff, they said if I sent in $179.95 I'd get a tower RCA stereo system, never got it Dallas, Texas

The above named company mailed me a voucher/cerificate for $400.00,they said it could be applied to the purchase of one of the several items offered. I chose the RCA stereo,the stipulation was that the balance of the price ($179.95) had to be received by July 15, 2003. I mailed the check and it cleared my account, but no merchandise was ever delivered to me. Neither was my money refunded.
