Complaint Review: Sweepstakes Clearinghouse

I received brochures in the mail for merchandise that had discount vouchers attached. The merchandise was to be discounted by a certain amount if purchased from this company named Sweepstakes Clearinghouse. I had purchased a set of watches from them before and had received them in a reasonable amount of time. I figured I would try them again but they did not come through this time.

I made a down payment on a computer and just recently paid the balance on the account and it has been over 30 days and I have yet to receive my computer. Unfortunately for me I did not keep any of the letters or invoices from the company and do not know the address or telephone number to inquire about my merchandise or if the company still exist.

After receiving my payment in full I have not received any more letters from them. I hope that this company is still legitimate and will send my merchandise soon but if it isn't I would like to share my story with others so they will at least do research on a company before sending them any funds.
