Sweepstakes Clearinghouse I was sent a voucher to receive a award from this company There prizes were based on the voucher you used I ordered the RCA RP 9115 stereo sys. It was defective, and they have NOT replied to help fix or exchange The CD head was not working and it could not be repaired I was informed to get a hold of the the company to exchange it OF course THEY hid there, email and website Dallas Texas
MY purchase of a stereo sys . RCA model RP 9115 , came defective on arrival. The CD head would not work. ITs cost to repair was more then the unit was worth ....Most of the produst are old , over rate , high price . This is a swindle operation , that one gets sucked into ...thinking it is for real.....NOT again .
I have tried to locate this place for a while , till now....
I have sent emails and no reply.
I think this is a RIP-OFF. Something should be done to this company.
A class action suit or a civil suit. They leave or print NO contact info on there letter and once you swallow the garbage you are done with....
So to all of you who ever see this company steer clear. Until some attorney would take some action...
They , I believe will not ever answer . If some one does get a reply from this company email me ....thank you
