This is a follow-up to a previous "rip-off report".
Even after I called, complained, requested a refund (which was denied), and told them to remove me from thier database...Sweepstakes clearinghouse attempted to charge my card again. This time for $268.00 for a stereo I NEVER ordered. They claim they have orders for all the merchandise they have shipped to me but have never yet sent any verifiable proof of such.
Fortunately my bank intercepted the charge and declined it, however, this may not always be the case. I am currently seeking legal action against Sweepstakes Clearinghouse for Interstate Bank Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, Mail Fraud and anything else my attorney determines is appropriate.
Any individuals who have legitimate, verifiable claims of similar activities reguarding this company are encouraged to first seek private legal assistance, and second contact me at hugabca@hotmail.com. Please include "Sweepstakes Clearinghouse" in your subject line. All claims of a similar nature reguarding instances of items being shipped with out proper authorization, or of items being paid for and never recieved will be included in any legal action taken......This company MUST...and WILL ... be STOPPED
