Sweepstakes Clearinghouse ripoff Was scammed out of $29 COD when the product arrived, didn't feel we had much choice and there was not explaination or even an invoice Dallas, Dallas Texas
My daughter placed an order and she had already paid in full by check, for a small camcorder and then when it arrived today, we were forced to pay an addition, undisclosed COD charge of over $29. I am just hoping that the product itself works, or this is going to be even more sickening. There wasn't even an invoice and no explanation for this charge. And then I find; via your services; that it is common practice and that this has been occuring to lots of people. How do they continue to get away with this and all of the other shady business they are doing? Are there any suggestion for us to pursue this or should we just give up now and call it a loss?
