Complaint Review: SWEEPSTAKES CLEARINGHOUSE

I bought a telescope on the lay-a-way plan. I am happy with the quality of my merchandise, and the purchase offer. I recently started a new lay-a-way. If I was to pay it off at the minimum payment each month then the $300.00 voucher towards it would not be worth squat. Although, I find Sweepstakes Clearinghouse a good source for merchandise, I am ticked off at the way they "Bait and Switch" people. When a poor man like myself, get's mail claiming "You Won! Your Winner!" just send $19.95. I admit I have been sucked in more than once. What really irks me is I did not even recieve a "You Loose" verification.
