Complaint Review: Sweepstakes Information Reporting Services

I received a letter in the mail stating that I had won $677,519.00 and all I had to do is send in $21.95 to receive my check.

I first tried to call the number on the paper and of course it was busy, a matter a fact it was always busy. I did the right thing and did not send any money to them.
I looked up on the internet to see if the were legit or not and found out that other people received the same letter.

There should be a way to make these people pay us the money that they say has been confirmed and validated as a prize to us.

If there is anyway to make these people pay I would love to know so that I can take action on this company that is only out to fraud people.
