Complaint Review: Sweepstakes Information Reporting Services

I entered this sweepstakes and a few months later i got a letter in the mail it looked leagal so i replied to the letter sent in 21.95 to this person Kevin Smith whos name is on this letter im disabled live from check to check i struggle badlly wondering how im going to make ends meet then i get this letter telling me that i won $ 677,519.00 well i looked this company up on the internet just to find out he is a scammer it left me heart broken i thought this was my brake from the rat race well i was wrong can some one please help me Michele L
