Warning...Wolfgang Wojand and Irene Neuhardt involved in suspected criminal activity in Koh Phangan, Thailand using this bakery as a front...Wolfgang Wojan was just back in the US where he still owns a home...he stayed with me and I caught him fondeling himself on Skype with a 14 year old Thai girl on Skype...her name is Mai and her mother YaYa and her live with Wolfgang at the Holiday Beach Resort in Koh Phangan...Wolfgang told me when I caught him that it was legal in Thailand to have sex with a 14 year old girl! Wolfgang has also been reported for Welfare Fraud and MediCal fraud while he was here from April 2012 until he fled back to Thailand on June 17, 2010 after learning he was being turned in for fraud...Wolfgang also built an illeagal room addition for an 84 year old woman and stold thousands of dollars from her to take back to Thailand...all proper authorities including Immigration and Customs have been notified. Wolfgang has a life in America and is a Permanent Resident and is a Citizen of Germany...he should have gone to Germany and ripped off his own countries Social System. Irene Neugardt is Wolfgang's partner in crime in Thailand...Wolfgang stated to people here in America that there is money laundering and some drug dealings going through the Sweet Cafe and German Bakery.
