I have sent many emails to Clemen regarding booking one of his properties for a 3 week stay in Kissimmee to which he has respsonded efficiently and effectively. One of the main reason i booked with him was beciase he offered me a late check out. When i sent the deposit I also received the rental agreement which sated i had to be checked out by 11am. When i emailed him to question this I recevied an aswer that he could not give it to me until closer to the time.

I responded that was not what we origianlly agreed and since that email i have heard NOTHING back.I have called on 6 occasions to his office and no answer, I have also sent 3/4 emails since requesting my deposit back but yet to no avail. This is disgraceful customer service and a business like this should not be allowed to handle peoples money.

Guest requested to cancel their booking on June 5th, 2014, and the refund was issued on June 6th, 2014. The issue has been resolved.
