On March 19th I placed an online order through the website www.sweet-n-sassyink.com.  I ordered 20 thomas the train personalized candy wrappers for my son's party.  I immediately received a confirmation email with an order #, as well as another email from Kristen thanking me for my business.  I was told a proof would be following in a separate email.  I kept checking the website and saw some of the greetings change to say that Kristen was having a medical emergency and proofs may take longer than usual - perhaps 72 hours.  After weeks went by I decided to call and find out what was going on with my order. 

I had heard NOTHING and received NO proofs.  I called and got a message that the user mailbox was full.  I sent emails via my Yahoo account and through the company website.  Beginning Monday, April 4th, I began calling, leaving messages, sending emails and have yet to receive a response.  I noticed Kristen changed the email listed on the website to SSI@pixiechicink.com now.  I realized something is terribly wrong and when I decided to search the company name, I found a ton of fraud reports filed against the company.  I'm very upset I got scammed.  This product was for my son's 3rd birthday - what a way to put a damper on this event!
