I placed an order for some invitations on May 5th. Per the website, I would receive a proof by email within 24-48 business hours. After I placed the order, the website was updated to say, because of "busy workload", proof process will take up to 72 hours. I did not get a proof until after I made a call to her, which was never returned; and, the proof was received on 5/12/09. I immediately sent a change back on the same day and she received a "print my order" as requested on 5/12/09 also. On 5/12/09, I received the following message:
"Thank you! I just wanted to let you know I've received your Approval to Print.
Your order will be sent to the printer and no changes can be made!
Please note: If changes need to be made, additional charges may occur.
Once they are shipped, we will email you and let you know when your order is on its way.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation from USPS.com directly."

Per the website, "orders will be shipped within 5-8 business days of approval. (Faster if we can)".
I placed another call on 5/22 to status my order. Per the website, calls will be returned within 24 business hours. After no return call, I sent an email to Cancel my order and refund my money. AS OF THIS DAY, THIS HOUR (12:23 AM) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
