I was billed for several hundred dollars worth of merchandise weeks ago.  The website indicates there is a "pre order" sale going on, but the dates are misleading and/or dishonest.  The website has not been updated in nearly a month.  The last post they made on Twitter says orders will ship the first week of March.  I would be amazed if anyone has received orders to date.   My orders were not shipped out, and they are not responding to numerous emails I have sent.

I have ordered from this place before and never had any problems.   They used to respond to emails in a professional, rapid manner.  I don't know if they are having some type of emergency or problems getting their product.  If so they should indicate this on their website, or at least respond to their customers who have already been charged but have no idea if they're being ripped off or not.  Their website is still accepting these "pre orders", so buyer beware!

If I do not receive an email explaining what is going on within the next day or two from Paula Yates or someone representing their business I will assume I am the victim of fraud.  Billing for goods before shipping is a questionable practice, and failing to explain delays or responding to customer emails is unacceptable.   If this isn't corrected I will be reporting Sweet Paulas Pods to my bank and authorize.net.
