He is a fraud.I receive the boots but as soon as I took them out of the box, put them on and laced them up, a leather eyelet strap broke.I hadnt even had them out of the box for a minute.Ive been trying to get him to replace the boot for a month now.He wont accept any responsibility or warranty from his company.He keeps telling me that I should bring the boot to a shoe repair place and have them fix my boot to save me time and money from having to ship them back to the company and having to wait on them to be fixed.Hes even accused me of breaking the boots.I have reported him and his company to the Better Business Bureau and hope that you do too.

I did tell him to go to a local cobbler to see if they could be fixed without weeks of shipping and also shipping costs.  I even told him I would cover the cost of the repairs.   He REFUSED to even try doing this.
