I wish I had seen all of the other ripoff reports on Paula Baldwin and her site: sweetpaulaspods.com True to form, she took my payment, ignored my emails, until I mentioned Ripoffreport. After placing my order, I never received a shipping update, until I told the miserable hag "I really Hope this isn't going to be another ripoff report." Then I magically received an "update"'that really seemed more like a standard prepared response stating that: "That should have gone out, I'm just getting to my office and will get back with you in a bit." Of course a bit never came until I emailed again. Then she claimed that she mailed it out the next day, but managed to "loss the tracking #" I paid the extra for express shipping....another ripoff. The package should have arrived within 2-3 days top. Needless to say....it didn't. Why does this woman even bother trying to run a business?!? She clearly can't keep her commitments and shows total disregard for the customer. She makes promises but doesn't deliver. I feel confident that my CC company will refund the purchase. However, meanwhile the floral arrangements that MY Customer was counting on will not happen. It's hard to believe Paula is still in business. Don't waste your time and most of all, if you do take a chance on her, don't purchase any way other than credit card, or YOU WILL BE OUT OF YOUR MONEY.
