I bought a guitar from sweetwater sound . It had design flaws. I sent it back and the new had design flaws. At this point the product itself is flawed. So they discontinued it. I tried to get them to credit me because the guitar cannot not be fixed or replaced. They said no and I'm stuck with it. Even though I have a one year warranty with them and a manufacturers lifetime warranty.
It cannot be replaced or returned. Their web page say's 100% satisfaction guaranteed or we will take it back for full store credit. They lied. Zach is just like every other sale person in the world. He will lie to you just to get a sale. Then not back it up. I will not use them again . I'm still fight to get a different guitar or my money back. Do not but from them.

hello, i too had a problem and wrote it up on this site back in '08. pls read my cmment. rest assured you i went over thier heads and U can too. thats what i did. i went to the president of the company. dont give up. i also told them i put the complaint on "ripoffreports" they checked it got nervous called me back had me ship them back the guitar and refunded me immed. they the requested i take ad down. i told them "no can do" its up there for life buddy..........ha!!!!

and stay away from them. i have..... they sold me an hh jaguar claiming it was new and it was used and broken. i even called up the president of fender and got him involved and faxed him a letter he in turn called them and they didnt like that either. so the bottom line is "the squeaky wheel gets the oil" as they say.
