SWEG Gave me the incorrect User ID and Registration Code for the software ordered, and they refuse to give me the correct information Madison Georgia

I order the 3-n-1 DVD Tool. They e-mailed me the incorrect information and i also had trouble loading the program. We I tried to contact them this is what they e-mailed me in return:
