SWELL Ecomm Enterprises Limited MindInSole They are in internet SCAM company. They advertise a product making fradulent claims, refuse to cancel orders when cancelled immediately and refuse to refund money. They say they offer FREE shipping if paying by PayPal ,instant $$ for them! London England

Immediately after placing an oder for 1 set of MindInSole shoe inserts, I emailed the company to cancel the order.  They did NOT respond until DAYS later, AFTER they stole my money and shipped the product.  Once the product arrived, I decided that since they arleady had my $ I would test it out, doing exactly what THEY said, and now they refuse to return my money. The product is a piece of crap and the CEO/founder of the company John Robert Lewis is a complete scam artist.

 

They have a US phone number with a New Jersey area code (3609) however when you call it, the voice recording in in British Accent, and when someone answers the phone, they are located in Pacoima, CA !!!   THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM, SCAM and steals peoples money, they say FREE shipping if paid by PayPal, t hus ensuring that they will get your money and either not send or send you a horrific product.

I placed an order and never received it from this company.  Paypal needs to handle.  I tried to send this "company an email and it bounced back.  Not a good sign.  I had to communicate via Paypal and "Aldo" from Swell's  response is a dely tactic.  See what they wrote below

It usually takes around 10-15 days (sometimes can take up to 30 days) from order date for you to receive the order but due to an overwhelming demand for this product there is currently a delay in shipment. We are also making a strong enhancements to the magnetic waves of the product that will enhance its effectiveness. We promise you won't be disappointed in receiving the latest iteration of this innovative product. We're working hard to get the new version ready. We will have your order shipped out as soon as possible. Can you please confirm your shipping address, so we can verify that we have the correct one on file? We do sincerely apologize if you had any troubles with your shopping experience.  We receive thousands of orders that ship daily through the mail courier and it is likely that your order had already been in queue to ship before you attempted to cancel or your order. Our orders go out daily to meet and exceed delivery expectations of our customers.  Also we apologize if there was any delay in returning your email as we are in the process of hiring more customer service email staff to keep up with growing demand of inquiries. We have 24 hour a day 5 day a week live customer service phone support that you can always call with questions or concerns about your order. The live customer service number for our US call center is 609-414-7087.   We do offer a 30 day refund policy that is outlined on our website.  We are certainly not in the business of stealing anyones money.   We are happy to refund your money if you contact us at support@mindinsole.com and reference this RipOff report in your email.  Once refunded we kindly ask you to remove this negative post.

Returns

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days and it takes effect from the time you receive your purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or price equivalent in store credit.

Assuming you return your purchase within 30 days from delivery, to be eligible for a return:

1. Product must be in NEW (unmodified and unaltered) condition.

2. Product must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING packed in an appropriate shipping container.

3. Product must be returned to the return facility address provided by our customer service.
