Swift Funds LLC, REPRESENTING BEST FITNESS I closed my account with a doctors note and somehow Swift Funds got my info and have filed a claim against me, I cannot contact anyone to straighten this out. I want this off my credit report !! Palos Verdes P California
I had a gym account with Best Fitness in Chelmsford, MA. I started to have problems with my knees and went to see an orthopedic doctor he advised me not participate in the work out classes I was atteneding and gave me a letter explaining this. I brought the letter to Best Fitness and requested that my membership be cancelled. The represenative assured me that that would happen and kept my letter. Soon after I had a charge from a collection agency Swift Funds on my credit report trying to collect for said gym membership. I contacted the gym and they gave me swiss funds contact ifo which is all fraduglent. If you could help me in any way it would be greatly appreciated.
