Complaint Review: Swift moving systems

Swift moving systems US DOT: 2349110 MC: 804401 Moving Company did not transport items. Going on 2 months now. Miami Florida

 The company was outsourced from Blue Sky Van Lines. The movers arrived on Jul 22, 2017 and loaded the truck no problem. The original destination was Illinois, however I changed it to Ohio on Jul 26. The company was paid for 90% of the move on Aug 9. This new payment voided the original payment to adjust the price for the new destination. The company has had the new address since July. In August I contacted the company many times to find out where my items are. I was told in August the items had not been moved from Colorado and they were assigning a driver ASAP. Today is September 5. I contacted the company who initially stated my items were in transit. When trying to find out exactly where they were the company then said they were waiting to be loaded and would not be moved until later this week with an expected arrival of September 23. I have reached out several times. It is nearly impossible to contact anyone at this company and my items are unaccounted for. I go to work Monday and do not have any of my work clothes or even a bed to sleep on.
