To make a long story short, I gave notice 18 days ago that i was leaving the compnay due to prejudice and bias.  I heard no response from the driver managers over the qualcomm.  2 weeks later, I spoke to mike miller at the denver co terminal to ensure that my notice was received and obtained a copy of my qualcomm message with the time it was sent and it indicates that 5 seconds later the message was infact received by the driver managers.  mike miller stated that " if i was santa clause, what could i do to ratain you as an employee"  I told him that I felt i was denied a job at the company that would have had me home 2 days per week as a result of bias. 

 The company has not since called for a sit down or denied the prejudice and bias.  Mike Miller told me that I should get routed to the terminal and speak to Kevin Vadinal and that he " would have a position for me that would get me home more often".  Was routed to the terminal and mr. vadinal stated that he knew nothing about what mike miller has said.  was sent back to the driver manager, ray hernandez and was told he would allow me to run in the south west regon and once again i was not guaraunteed and regular time off.  I believe the intent was to provide me a job with a regular schedule or else why wouldnt they simply tell me on the qualcomm that they were not going to do anything instead of routing me back to phoenix from california.  For some unexplained reason they backed out at the last minute.  I am certain that there is a paper trail between mike miller and kevin vadinal to this effect that could be subpoenad if a lawyer wanted to look at it. 

 I also will continue to keep the qualcomm message that the clerk at the denver co terminal printed out with the time received regarding the notice that i was quitting and the reasons why.  in that email i stated that it took the company 6 months to complete a background check (8/2010 to 3/2011) and get me hired and that the file passed through several recruiters like cindy bouch and corina salgado.  i also submitted a 5 page letter detailing the abuses and hr clerk Kathy Robinson stated that she would show her supervisor the letter and never did.  If there are any lawyers planning a class action lawsuit against swift transportation, please let me know and i can submitt my documentation via email as a pdf file and would be available to testify against the company provided the trial date could be worked around my schedule and I would be provided transportation to and from the court. I left my phone number and email contact information.
