This company promises consistent miles, regular home time and a family like environment where you, the driver, is number one. This unfortunately is all a lie.

I NEVER, not once in my entire career there, ever got home on time. They train their driver managers to purposely delay your home time. I have heard driver managers say “Keep him (a driver they were talking about) out at least two extra days”. They don’t care about you. They will send you loads going in the opposite direction. They will send you one state over from where you are supposed to be and promise to get you a load going home only to sit you there OR change your delivery time to two days later. I was already 7 days past my home time date when I had an uncle pass away. They still wouldn’t get me home. They still tried to send me anywhere but home. Simply put, don’t expect to get home even if you have an emergency.

They promise consistent miles. LIE. I would run 3000 miles one week and 1000 miles the next four weeks. They would send me a load that was only 400 miles but the delivery date was 3 days out. They wouldn’t let me tcall or switch loads with someone who maybe needed a reset. That happened at least once a week.

Never lease a truck with this company either. They will push that on you from day one. It is a total scam. They say you are your own boss and can run the truck however you want but the truth is that they still own that truck. The only reason they want you to be an “owner op” is so they can put all of the liability on you with none of the risk. In fact, they make more money off of you leasing a truck than being a company driver. And don’t expect any help or recourse if you happen to get lemon like I did. I had nothing but problems with the truck I leased. It was in the shop every other week. Once I signed on the dotted line I couldn’t even get someone on the phone to talk to about the issues I was having. The few call backs I did get basically said “your truck, your problem”. It is a total scam.

In conclusion, this company is the epitome of evil corporate attitude. They lie about every aspect of their business. They treat their drivers like garbage and don’t care how much you have to deal with as long as their shareholders keep getting their dividends. It’s not just the higher ups that act this way. It’s everyone from the terminal managers, to the planners and even the driver managers. I have worked for many large companies and never have I been treated so poorly. I can not believe that this company is allowed to treat their employees this way and have no repercussions. I have never walked out on a company until last week. I simply could not work for this company anymore.
