It must be very depressing being a Swift Trans. Recruiter. I mean; having to lie to all
the gullible Newbie's just starting out, and knowing what you're telling them about miles and pay
and benefits is so far removed from the actual Living Hell they are going to experience during
their Initial Training and first six months with your Company; after
you finally convince them to sign that Contract. Newbies; please be
fully Informed about just what you are getting yourself into when you
get a pre-hire with this Company. You are just fresh meat to them;
something to be used and abused, and then discarded for more fresh meat.
