I need to know who I need to speak to at a local level to file a complaint.  I would've never thought that dealing with your company would jeopardize my CDL.  Since working with your medical staff and DOT physical it was not sent to the department of transportation in a timely manner and now my CDL has expired due to noncompliance with my DOT physical.  I am out almost $1000 for the money it cost me to complete the testing and money associated with schooling.  I'm sure Swift could care less they stole 90 days of my life as well.
