Swiftronics "USA" Makes you think that Swiftronics is in the USA huh? Well, they're not, they are in Canada. I purchased a phone from them and there was absolutely no warning that there may be a currency exchange charge, it was just like I was purchasing something in the USA. I got charged by my bank for the currency exchange. I called Swiftronics and told them that "USA" is very deceptive and I got charged because of their deceptive practices and they basically told me to pound sand and leave negative feedback if I want to. So, this is negative feedback. SHADY company. DO NOT TRUST.

I didn't call them to place the order, I placed the order on "Swiftronics USA" website.  The word 'basically" used the the contetex of the review is 100% correct.  It was a summary of what happedned which is dictionary accurate.   As stated in the review, my bank charged me because "Swiftroncs USA" was not clear that it was an international transaction actually taking place IN CANADA.  I told the customer service lady on the phone I was going to leave negative reviews about "Swiftronics USA" because to use "USA" in their name is very deceptive and they should pay for my international transaction fee, she acted like she couldn't care less.  So, I followed through with my promise.  Really don't know what dog you have in this fight but I am assuming you are connected with Swiftronics CANADA.  Not "USA"

They Didn't "Basically" Tell You Anything!

 I called them on the website's 866 number and their outgoing message said "Thank you for calling Swiftronics Canada". Secondly, they didn't charge you this fee. Your card provider did. Finally, they didn't "basically" do anything! "Basically" is a meaningless word for purposes of your complaint. Either they told you something or they didn't. They didn't "basically"!
