Complaint Review: Swimming Pool Etc

Due to misleading item descriptions and part diagrams, I inadvertently ordered and paid for 2 identical items. Looking at the parts diagram and descriptions it appears as if you need 2 separate items, when in reality a single item contains both parts. I tried to resolve the issue through the website's return procedures, but was rebuffed with curt and rude replies such as, "Store policy is no returns on pool parts". The part I needed was for a pool heater. Looking closer at their return policy it lists no returns on "Heaters", not heater parts. Regardless, WWW.SWIMMINGPOOLSETC.COM is an internet site that preys on unsuspecting consumers.
