I "won" an auction from SWIMMOM22 on Ebay and never received the product. Never even received any responses to numerous emails. Looks like SWIMMOM22 also has an Ebay store called BETTE'S BARGAINS. Plain Ripoff.

Hi I am really sorry to hear what happened to you. I am a seller on ebay and I can only give you a few pointers as this seller seems like a scammer.
First her feedback is private I personally never purchase from anyone with private feedback unless they have absolutely no negatives and still I am leary.
Secondly always pay with paypal if possible so you can intiate a dispute before 30 days to get your money back.
Never use bidpay, this is another warning as you have no recourse for chargeback. ( Also this is her only online payment source so this is a warning as well as western union payments)
This seller has private feedback with over 50 negetives in one month this is not good as you dont know what they state.
DO what you can to get her removed from ebay. File a report with ebay under help.
file mail fraud with the post office
File with the Federal Trade Commission
If you paid with a credit card call your credit card company and see about a chargeback
Sellers like this need to be kicked off of ebay as they are not the norm, they are the minority.
I really hope you can find a way to get your money back or your item.
