Found company on the web when looking for a quality swimsuit.  Returned the item the very next day since it did not fit.  Store advertises that refund will be made within 2-3 weeks after receiving.  Their documented receipt was on 7/7/14, well within that time period, although my return receipt stated 6/25/14.  I called on 7/8/14, confirmed their receipt and was told the owner would be contacted to process the return.  Never hapapened, I called on 8/25/14, sob story about this and that, but Lisa would contact the owners husband and respond.  Didn't happen.  8/27/14 called again, left message, no reply.  Check their Facebook, seems to be habitual that they will not refund.  I was notified by Paypal that an FBI agency will investigate internet crime, which this certainly seems to be since it is habitual that refunds are not made.  Not honest people!
