I needed to speak to someone in billing about cancelling one of my payments. I spent over an hour trying to get to the billing dept. When I finally did I was transferred to Asia. I could not understand the girl I was talking to. I hung up and decided if Swiss Colony can not help an American with a billing issue than I will file a complaint, not only with the BBB, but with RipOff Report.
