I wish to start off by apologizing to the serviceman for the way this company treated him after he fullfilled his duty to our great country and gave his all to insure that we all are free. This is disgraceful and we do not have tolerate unscrupulus companies such as this taking advantage of our service personnel or our citizens in todays hard economic climate.

That being said, I too was taken by this company, on 07/09/2010 I placed an order for what was supposed to be a 10 day " FREE " trial to REVIVATOX, all that I was supposed to pay was $3.95 for shipping and handling.  I read the Terms and Conditions VERY carefully and it stated that all I had to do was cancel the Trial before the 10 days was up and that the 10 days actually starts on the day that you place the order - NOT on the day the order ships. On 07/13/2010 I called the companies customer service number to inquire about the order as I had not received any shipment notification and I was told that the order shipped on the 12th and I could expect delivery at any time in the next couple days ( The person I spoke to was very rude and gave me the impression she didnt want to be bothered with this) I was told the order was sent by ground shipping and living in Montana that means it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 days to get here, I informed the customer service rep that there was NO way the item was going to get here before the 10 day trial ended and that they were going to have to extend it. She got indignent and told me to wait till I received the items and once I did to call them back and they would extend the trial time and then she hung up on me. I received the shipment on 07/16/2010 in the late afternoon, I opened the box and inside were 2 bottles containing 90 capsules each which struck me as odd as this was supposed to be a 10 day trial and at 3 pills per day there should have only been 1 bottle of 30 pills. The first thing I did was grabbed the phone and tried to call their customer service number but they had already closed for the weekend and all I got was a recording telling me their hours from monday to friday and to call back then. The second thing I did was returned to the web page that I had placed the order from as I wanted to see if there was a link to their customer service email on their site so I could at least get something documented that there was a problem, the first thing I noticed as soon as the page opened was that the opening splash page was different, the page was different colored than when I first went there to order, the picture of the pill bottle was different and the wording and other elements of the page had changed, there was no longer a link at the bottom of the page to access the terms and conditions of the offer and other legal necesseties. In order to gain access to the order page I entered ficticious name and address and such and was taken to the order confirmation page and down at the bottom there was no longer a legaleze button but now there was a full open section that outlined the plan parameters but now instead of stating that this was for a 10 day trial it tells you that you are paying $3.95 for an Ebook and some download that go along with this diet plan and that you will now be paying an additional $169.95 which would show up on your statement as Bodywellandfitness and that this plan was for 2 months supply and at the end of this 2 months you could reorder for an additional reduced rate. After seeing this I had my wife go online to check our account statement and sure enough there was a $169.95 charge on our account that had been processed on 07/13/2010 probably about the same time that I was on the phone with their customer service rep. They didnt even try to hide it, it was listed right to Swiss Sciences, Talk about stabbing your customers in the back. Unfortunately, the only receipt that I received from this company lists the $3.95 payment and mentions the ebook and the download for this Fat Burning Coach Guide but it does not list anything else, in fact I do not have anything in writing for the additional $169.95 payment other than my statement, and of course at the time that you are ordering something you do not think to print out a copy of the exact web offer when you are placing the order. As it stands right now there is not much we can do until tomorro and I can get to my bank and see if there is anything that can be done, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also with the FTC but right now this is probably gonna be one of those expensive live and learn experiences. I am 52 years old now and the first thing that came to mind was that this is a new technified twist on the old bait and switch from years ago. Whats even worse is that my wife and I tried three of the pills each taken as directed and within an hour after taking we were both feeling pretty sick.
