Complaint Review: swiss sciences

I saw online that this company had 2 products--Acai Berry and also a colon clense product and that for 1.95 each they would send you a sample. I did that and then got my Discover card bill only to see that i was billed $149.95 and $159.95!!!!!!. I called Swiss Sciences and spoke w/ Carol and she said that she would give me half credit and when they received the product back that I would receive remaining credit. Well I sent stuff back and I did not receive credit. They were rude when I called back and said that since I filed a disput e w/ Discover Card that they would not even speak to me. I did  finally receive  a refund check for 1 of the products but Swiss Sciences stopped payment on the check so now I am also getting a service charge from my bank besides not getting refund!!!! Discover card says that the terms and agreement that Swiss Sciences has (along w/ their no refund policy) means that I am responsible for the $149.95 and $159.95 charges!!!! I now do not have the product and I am being billed and i NEVER agreed to these charges or the terms and agreements from Swiss Sciences!!!  At this point I do not know where to turn but I know that this company is scamming people and should be shut down. I am also upset w/ Discover card as I have fraud protection but they say that this is not covered under that.
