Swiss Sciences Nutrition Liquiboost Promised free trial - only pay postage. Debited my account wth 52, and no product delivered Halifax, Internet
On 22 October I placed an order with Liquiboost. The advert said that it was a free trial & I would pay 1.95 postage only. I received an order confirmation showing 1.95, yet they have debited my bank account for a further 51.95. I have emailed twice and demanded a refund, but have had no reply, nor, incidentally have I had anything in the post, and it's now a month since the order was placed. I checked my bank account again today, and it looks as if they have debited another 52. They give a free phone number, but it's not a UK number, I have no idea where it is, and I very much doubt if will be free from here. The order confirmation comes from a no-reply address. I will now have to try to contact my bank to see if they can get my money back. These people are a complete scam & should be stopped. When you go on their website there is a section of small print at the bottom, which says they will charge. It's in lilac on pink, and is hardly visible, let alone legible. This I am sure contravenes laws on website appearance. The same text did not appear at all when I clicked to the link from facebook advertising. Beware. Do not order anything from these people. They will rip you off.
