Swiss Service Center Extorting service fee before returning watch. They didn't do any service and want $20 for "handling". La Grange Illinois
I shipped my watch in for repair as they are an authorized Victorinox repair center. They said it wasn't covered under warranty. I declined service and asked that my watch be returned. They wanted a $20 handling fee. I sent them a prepaid USPS label and asked that my watch be sent back to me. They are holding my watch as ransom to get a $20 handling fee for doing absolutely nothing except opening the box and sending me an email to tell me that the watch isn't under warranty.
They have to try to extort $20 service fees to make ends meet. I'm the owner of two successful businesses and this is not how business works.
Don't bring your watch in for repair. They will try to extort you.
