I am job searching and have posted my resume on job boards. I was contacted and interviewed several times by Swiss Transportation Network and was offered the position of Project Manager in their future office in South Florida. Great! Training was done in modules over a four week period and payment for training was $2400. After the first module/week, I was asked to help procure 5 iPhone x’s For their future expansion in Hong Kong, I hesitated but the way they set it up. I’d be open minded and try it, as it paid extra on top of training. They gave me their checking account information and I was authorized to transfer a set amount into my credit cards and lower the balances, then when available credit is registered, I was to purchase the iPhones from Apple and ship to Hong Kong. The payments cleared, awesome! So I went to Apple and bought what I was supposed to and shipped off, officially and with customs papers filled out. A couple days later, my second module week of training completed and I was asked again to buy more iPhones and buy an iMac for myself. Same procedure, transfer funds and wait. When cleared, I bought and shipped what I was supposed to. Then I find out the first transfer has frozen and the funds are reversed!! I emailed immediately and I was apologized to an another account was afforded to me and the same thing happened again. Payment cleared, I used cards to buy the iPhones and shipped off. A third round of phones were needed and I completed that. To be stung again by a frozen account on their end. Just because the transfer clears doesn’t mean a thing. It can clear, your available balance will reflect payment. But days later, the payments can bounce and now I’m double over my limits. Their emails are now unanswered and phones for their nationwide networks are all disconnected. I’ve allowed myself to be duped as I was in need of the employment. Lesson learned the hard way.
